Join VIDIZMO as a Sales Engineer and play a crucial role in transforming product demonstrations into fully operational, customized solutions using customers’ own data, systems, and cameras. Unlike traditional pre-sales engineers who focus on showcasing product features, you will implement and integrate VIDIZMO’s technology within customer environments during trials and paid pilots. Your efforts will validate use cases through tailored workflows and integrations, delivering a working solution to the delivery team once a deal is closed. This customer-facing role reports to Sales and requires close collaboration with account executives, partners, and the pre-sales team. Success is measured by pilot conversions. Note that this position is distinct from product engineering and does not involve responsibility for the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery calls to gather detailed information about customer data, systems, security needs, and success criteria, translating these into comprehensive pilot scopes.
- Conduct technical demonstrations using the customer’s own content, ensuring all demos and pilots are logged in HubSpot.
- Respond to technical questions from customers and partners within one business day.
- Provide technical and architectural input for RFPs, bids, and security questionnaires, including compliance reviews such as CJIS, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
- Deploy trial portals and paid pilots in environments selected by customers, including VIDIZMO SaaS, Azure, AWS, GCP, on-premises, or air-gapped setups.
- Integrate VIDIZMO solutions with customer systems during pilots, supporting SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta), SCIM provisioning, storage, Teams/Zoom, LMS, CRM, ServiceNow, and records management systems.
- Develop integrations, scripts, and configurations using REST APIs, webhooks, and connectors to automate workflows such as video ingestion into Nexus.
- Onboard customer cameras and VMS streams into AI Live Insight, optimize detection settings and alert routing, and evaluate GPU requirements for production environments.
- Create no-code and low-code workflows in AI Intelligence Hub using customer data, and configure AI-driven redaction policies tailored to specific use cases.
- Monitor pilot progress against success criteria, provide weekly updates to customers and account teams, and proactively address any blockers.
- Transition closed deals to delivery and support teams with thorough documentation of configurations and agreements.
- Develop reusable scripts, templates, and playbooks based on pilot experiences to assist the pre-sales team.
- Communicate customer feedback and product gaps to product management, without direct involvement in product feature development.
- Represent VIDIZMO at customer workshops, trade shows, and on-site pilot engagements as needed.
- Utilize AI assistants like Claude daily for technical research, scripting, questionnaire drafting, and documentation.
- Support outbound sales activities (10–20%), including occasional cold calling.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience, including hands-on development and at least one year in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales, solutions engineering, implementation, or technical account management.
- Proficiency in coding with Python, C#/.NET, or JavaScript, and experience building integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting solutions on Azure or AWS, on-premises, and air-gapped environments, including familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID) and basic networking concepts.
- Practical knowledge of AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), hallucination, computer vision, and speech-to-text, with a willingness to learn video technology.
- Awareness of compliance frameworks including CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and GDPR.
- Strong English communication skills and confidence in leading technical discussions with US-based customers.
- Regular use of AI tools like Claude to automate tasks.
- Reliable internet connection, a professional workspace for calls, and legal authorization to work in Pakistan.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Ability to clearly explain complex technology, respond promptly and accurately to technical questions, and independently drive pilots forward.
- Strong ownership mindset with minimal supervision, leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
- Immediate availability or ability to join within 30 days is preferred.
- Compensation includes a monthly salary plus performance-based commission.
- Benefits vary by location and may include health insurance (OPD/IPD), maternity coverage, leave encashment, referral bonuses, EOBI, annual increments, provident fund, bonuses, and career growth opportunities.
