- Initiate implementation of ME’s key initiatives for efficiency improvement
- Provides leadership for deploying the process management and improvement tools such as lean manufacturing, to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor, direct & support the factory with efficiency improvement activities.
- Ensure improvements are sustained through the introduction of work instructions, quality standards, workplace organization, training records and performance measurement.
- Provide relevant training to team.
- Responsible for driving improvements in Quality, Cost and Delivery across the business via the application of ME best practices/lean manufacturing & continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze reports generated and ensure on-time submission
- Manage regular reporting & communication packages to adidas M.E. Managers & local sourcing teams.
- Actively participate in all M.E visits, term reviews & forums.
- Use ME/CI techniques to develop positive change to existing processes
- Research, develop, analyze and suggest new production lay out and process
- Prepare monthly report.
