- Responsible to ensure quality system in the company.
- Must check outer/backing material of artificial leather and also check the shade of material with spectrometer when material comes in hold area.
- Must check the chemical latex formation as per customer need.
- Responsible to check all the process of cutting performed in cutting dept. Especially checked the cutting dyes, panel alignment, panel weight & cutting equipment’s.
- Responsible to check all the processes of printing performed in printing department especially checked the ink shade, ink penetration on panel, ink mixing with chemical formation ink tape test on panel.
- Responsible to check the samples coming from R&D and counter approving. Also checked the artwork, printing alignments ink shade printing setup. Also, every sample checked every week with the help of shooter test.
- Responsible to check the quality of mesh cloths, exposing quality, positives quality & alignments in screen exposing department.
- Responsible to check the specific weight of ball with and without bladder in issue department.
- Perform any other task as per given or assigned by the company.
- Fulfill any additional quality tasks assigned / required by the customer.
- Update to senior on daily-on-daily quality matters in daily meeting.
- Need to disseminate quality instructions down to line QC / worker level.
