Founder

The Founder will serve as the visionary leader of Police News HQ, driving the platform’s overall strategy, growth, and editorial direction. This full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi requires hands-on management of content creation, publication, and ensuring that all analysis remains balanced, evidence-based, and engaging. The Founder will build and lead a small team or contributor network, oversee legal and ethical content reviews, and maintain strong relationships with readers, partners, and subject matter experts. Additionally, the role involves developing monetization strategies, managing budgets and daily operations, and representing the platform at public events, media appearances, and forums. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the editorial vision and strategy for Police News HQ.
- Oversee content creation, publication schedules, and ensure quality and balanced analysis.
- Build, manage, and coordinate a small team or network of contributors.
- Lead legal and ethical review processes for all published content.
- Develop and implement monetization strategies to support platform sustainability.
- Manage budgeting, operational planning, and on-site activities in Karāchi.
