Founder's Associate

Join oladoc as a Founder's Associate, working directly with the CEO to support and drive the company’s growth across strategy, operations, hiring, and partnerships. This dynamic role offers exposure to all aspects of the business without functional boundaries. oladoc is Pakistan’s largest digital health platform, featuring over 25,000 verified doctors across 77 cities and strong partnerships with major telcos, banks, and insurers. The company is profitable with revenue doubling year on year. A key focus area is Fit by oladoc, Pakistan’s first AI-powered health and wellness platform, offering AI food scanning, a 24/7 AI coach, wearable sync, and personalized health programs. You will be closely involved in shaping this fast-moving business.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Support: Conduct research, competitor analysis, pricing models, fundraising support, and develop business cases that influence weekly decision-making.
Execution and Follow-Through: Translate founder ideas into clear briefs, specifications, and actionable plans, then ensure timely completion by the team.
Operating Cadence: Manage weekly performance metrics, monthly reviews, quarterly board presentations, trackers, and follow-ups to maintain operational discipline.
Fit by oladoc: Collaborate on pricing, packaging, corporate contracts, and growth experiments for the company’s fastest-growing product.
Hiring and People Operations: Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
Contracts and Vendor Management: Draft contracts from templates, track signatures and renewals, and oversee vendor relationships and tools.
Flexible Priorities: Adapt to shifting priorities and take on high-impact tasks that may not be predefined.

Required Qualifications
0 to 2 years of professional experience, with a strong academic record where results and demonstrated impact matter more than the degree.
Exceptional ability to learn quickly and become productive within days on unfamiliar topics.
High initiative and ownership, able to take vague instructions and deliver completed work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting briefs, summarizing contracts, creating presentations, and confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.
Outstanding organizational skills ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Comfortable working with numbers, including proficiency in Excel and building simple financial models.
Fluency with AI tools, as the company extensively uses AI platforms like Claude for product and internal workflows.
Willingness to handle repetitive and detailed tasks diligently, recognizing their importance at this stage of growth.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating processes where none exist.
Must be 100% onsite in Lahore (NASTP location); remote or hybrid work is not available.
Prepared for a high-stretch role with CEO-level accountability from day one and absolute discretion.
