Founder's Associate

Join oladoc as a Founder's Associate, working directly with the CEO to support all aspects that drive the company’s growth and operations. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, involving strategy, execution, hiring, partnerships, and more, with no strict functional boundaries. oladoc is Pakistan’s largest digital health platform, boasting over 25,000 verified doctors across 77+ cities and partnerships with major telcos, banks, and insurers. The company is profitable with revenue doubling year on year. A key focus area is Fit by oladoc, Pakistan’s first AI-powered health and wellness platform, featuring AI food scanning, a 24/7 AI coach, wearable integration, and personalized health programs. This fast-moving business unit is central to the company’s innovation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Support: Conduct research, competitor analysis, pricing models, fundraising support, and develop business cases that influence weekly decisions.
- Execution and Follow-through: Translate founder ideas into clear briefs, specifications, and actionable plans, then ensure timely completion.
- Operating Cadence: Manage weekly performance metrics, monthly reviews, quarterly board materials, and maintain trackers to ensure organizational accountability.
- Fit by oladoc: Collaborate closely on pricing, packaging, corporate contracts, and growth experiments within this rapidly evolving business.
- Hiring and People Operations: Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
- Contracts and Vendor Management: Draft contracts from templates, track signatures and renewals, and oversee vendor relationships and tools.
- Adaptability: Respond to shifting priorities and take on high-impact tasks that may not be predefined.

Required Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience, with academic excellence prioritized over degree prestige.
- Exceptional ability to learn quickly and become productive on new subjects within days.
- High agency and independence; able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting briefs, summarizing contracts, creating presentations, and confidently engaging with senior vendors.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Comfortable working with numbers, proficient in Excel, and able to build simple financial models.
- Familiarity with AI tools, particularly Claude, and integrating AI into daily workflows.
- Willingness to perform repetitive and detailed tasks with excellence, recognizing their strategic value.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments without established playbooks, ready to create processes as needed.
- Must be based 100% onsite at the Lahore NASTP office; remote or hybrid work is not available.
- Prepared for a high-stretch role with CEO-level accountability from day one.
