Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate financial calculations, including salaries, commissions, advances, and other employee-related records.
Prepare detailed financial reports utilizing Microsoft Excel to support management decisions.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
Monitor CCTV cameras regularly to detect and report any unusual or suspicious activities.
Maintain and update financial and administrative records with great attention to detail.
Handle assigned administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate financial and security operations within the company.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to financial management and security monitoring.
Identify potential discrepancies or risks in financial reports and security footage and escalate issues appropriately.
Support payroll processes by verifying employee salary calculations and records.
