Fourteen Group of Companies is a growing real estate development and marketing company based in Peshawar, focused on residential and commercial real estate projects and investment opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Real Estate Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 10 sales professionals, driving sales performance, converting leads into clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 sales professionals.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
• Manage leads and ensure proper and timely follow-up by the sales team.
• Convert leads into meetings, site visits, bookings, and successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.
• Handle important and high-value clients and close property deals.
• Monitor individual and team performance through regular sales reports.
• Identify weaknesses in the sales process and take corrective action.
• Develop new business opportunities and explore new sources of leads.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, customer requirements, and real estate opportunities.
• Work closely with management to achieve overall business and revenue objectives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 sales professionals to maximize their performance and develop their skills.
• Identify new business opportunities through effective lead generation techniques and market research.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up and client engagement.
• Design, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, monitor pipeline status, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align sales and marketing efforts and optimize campaign success.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and sales team KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities and ensure adherence to sales processes.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
• Handle complex negotiations and close high-value deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards, contracts, and legal requirements related to sales and marketing activities.
• Promote a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Be available on-site in Peshawar for full-time operational needs and team support.
