We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telesales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading a dedicated sales and marketing department to promote our services in the UK and Germany. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving results (Please do not apply if you are not fluent in English)

By bridging the gap between the customers and the company, the work of a telesales person involves having telephonic conversations & digital marketing with the customers, while hitting the sales targets of the company.

Key Responsibilities / Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand our client base in the UK and Germany.
  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software like Bitrix to manage leads, track sales activities, and optimize the customer journey.
  • Use their telesales skills to reach out to the target audience.
  • Ensure the sale of the company’s offerings through the telephone & social media.
  • Act as a representative of the company and help customers with their queries. 
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 
  • Update customers regarding the services and guide them toward what would suit their needs as a telemarketing manager.
  • Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.

  • Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support.

Required skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in communication, marketing, administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Prior experience working as a telesales executive/manager or in a similar role. 
  • Fluency in English is a must & knowledge of German Language is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM software/applications like Bitrix, SAP, Amazon etc.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Proven record of meeting sales targets
  • Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
  • Proven experience in telesales and marketing, preferably in the accountancy or financial services sector in UK region.
  • Fluency in English is a must
