A well-known multi-designer clothing brand, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Asst. Store Manager (Women's Clothing Brand) for its outlet.
Key Responsibility:
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and provide training and support to team members.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Check that the products you sell are well displayed
- Keep an eye on inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns in-store.
- Coordinates communication with branch staff.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and fashion industry trends.
- Proven managerial experience in retail, preferably in fashion/clothing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly active, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree
Age:
- Between 27 years to 40 years (Married)
Experience:
At least 3 years (preferred working with clothing brand)
