FP&A Manager

The Catalyst Group is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading AI-driven consulting platform specializing in strategic consulting and artificial intelligence. This role is based in Lahore and requires a candidate with a strong background in the healthcare or medical industry. The ideal candidate will possess solid financial expertise and analytical skills to support comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting activities.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop financial models and conduct analyses to aid business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand financial requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare management reports and perform financial performance analysis.
- Assist in project and client-level cost and profitability analysis.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and address various business needs as they arise.

Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing role within a high-paced environment.
- Agile mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
