FP&A Manager

The Catalyst Group is recruiting an FP&A Manager on behalf of a leading AI-driven consulting platform specializing in strategic consulting and artificial intelligence. This role is based in Lahore and requires experience within the healthcare or medical industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial expertise and analytical skills to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and support critical business decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop financial models and conduct analyses to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand financial requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare management reports and analyze financial performance metrics.
- Assist with project and client-level cost and profitability analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and address various business requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing role within a high-paced environment.
- Agile mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
