FP&A Manager

The Catalyst Group is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading AI-driven consulting platform specializing in strategic consulting and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting processes.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to guide key business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand financial requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare management reports and conduct detailed financial performance analysis.
- Assist in project and client-level cost and profitability analysis to optimize resource allocation.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and respond to various business needs as they arise.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial consulting, or related fields.
- Proven experience within the healthcare or medical industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
