Freelance Bidder (Upwork & Freelancer.com)

ImagineX Dynamics, a dynamic digital agency based in Karachi, specializes in web development, UI/UX design, graphic design, video and animation, mobile applications, and AI automation. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our in-house team and currently seeking two Freelance Bidders to join us. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying suitable projects on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com, crafting compelling proposals, and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant job opportunities on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
- Develop personalized, high-conversion proposals tailored to client needs.
- Engage in clear and professional communication with clients to understand project requirements and successfully close deals.
- Optimize and maintain freelancer profiles by updating titles, overviews, portfolios, skills, and rates regularly.
- Track bidding activities, client responses, and conversion rates, providing consistent progress reports.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in bidding and securing projects on both Upwork and Freelancer.com.
- Strong command of written English with excellent proposal-writing skills.
- Proven ability to optimize and maintain freelancer profiles effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at our office located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 11, Karachi.
- A confident, target-driven mindset with a strong focus on closing sales.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
There are two distinct positions available:
- Position 1 involves working with our established profiles, including a Top Rated Upwork profile and a 5-star Freelancer.com profile.
- Position 2 focuses on building and growing new profiles on Upwork and Freelancer.com.

Compensation includes a monthly salary of PKR 70,000. For the first month, candidates are expected to achieve a sales target of $500 (Position 1) or $300 (Position 2), with a minimum of two closed sales. From the second month onward, the fixed salary continues alongside a commission structure based on individual performance and output.
