The primary goal is to attract call center owners and BPO businesses interested in VoIP and call center solutions. This freelance role offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates based in Pakistan. The position requires a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and campaign performance improvement. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads specifically targeting call center owners and BPO companies.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively while refining audience targeting and conducting creative testing to maximize campaign impact.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics closely and implement strategies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare detailed weekly performance reports, including insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Strong expertise in campaign optimization techniques and audience targeting strategies.
- Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and generating performance reports.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating a data-driven approach to achieving measurable results.
- A portfolio showcasing previous campaigns or documented results is highly preferred.
