This part-time remote role involves sourcing and engaging with US-based candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to US-based candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Facilitate the application process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
Required Qualifications
- An active LinkedIn profile that is at least one year old with a minimum of 300 connections.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
- Availability to work 3 hours daily from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM Pakistan Time.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Performance-based compensation averaging between PKR 30,000 to 60,000 per month, paid bi-monthly on the 5th and 20th.
