FREELANCE TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and recruitment databases to find suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against specific job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Verify candidate availability, location, technical skills, and expected compensation rates.
- Maintain and update an active candidate database to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Respond promptly to urgent and international hiring demands.

- Proven experience in IT or technical recruitment.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and related technical job profiles.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening.
