FREELANCE TECHNICAL RECRUITER

SmartField Tech is seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely from Pakistan. This role offers an excellent opportunity for independent recruiters with experience in sourcing technical professionals to support our expanding international IT field services and managed services operations. The position is commission-based, allowing recruiters to earn based on successful placements, making it ideal for those who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals to meet international recruitment needs.
- Recruit for roles including Network Engineers, System Administrators, Deskside Engineers, EUC Technicians, IT Support Engineers, and Field Service Engineers.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and recruitment databases to find suitable candidates.
- Screen CVs and evaluate candidates against specific job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Verify candidate availability, location, technical skills, and expected compensation rates.
- Maintain and update an active candidate database to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Respond promptly to urgent and international recruitment requests.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT or technical recruitment is essential.
- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technical job profiles.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines consistently.
- Access to LinkedIn, job portals, or other candidate sourcing platforms is highly advantageous.
