Freelancer.com Bidder / Proposal Writer (Night Shift)

The Digital Operations Team is seeking a skilled and motivated Freelancer.com Bidder to join our team on a full-time night shift basis. This role focuses exclusively on bidding, proposal writing, and client acquisition through Freelancer.com. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English writing skills, strong abilities in crafting personalized and persuasive proposals, and a solid understanding of freelance marketplaces. This position is not for developers or designers but for someone who can identify relevant projects, submit competitive bids, and help the company secure new clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Search Freelancer.com for relevant projects in web development, full-stack development, website design, graphic design, and related fields.
- Identify projects that align with the company’s services and expertise.
- Write professional, customized, and compelling proposals tailored to each client’s requirements.
- Consistently submit bids while maintaining high quality and relevance in proposals.
- Analyze project descriptions to fully understand client needs and prepare appropriate responses.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients using excellent written English.
- Track all submitted bids, client responses, follow-ups, and potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of bidding activities and outcomes.
- Adhere to company guidelines and accurately represent the company’s services in all communications.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with bidding on Freelancer.com is preferred.
- Excellent written English and strong proposal writing skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of web development, full-stack development, website design, and graphic design services.
- Ability to understand client requirements and create tailored proposals.
- Familiarity with freelance marketplaces and online client acquisition strategies.
- Strong research, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- A target-driven mindset focused on generating quality leads and winning projects.
