Freight Broker – Customer Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Customer Acquisition Executive to join our freight brokerage team located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time position requires working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, focusing primarily on the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential shippers, building strong B2B relationships, and generating new business opportunities through multiple outreach channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has experience working with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential shippers and businesses within the US market to generate new leads and customers.
- Develop and maintain B2B connections using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional platforms.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our freight brokerage services.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with shippers and potential business partners.
- Research and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Consistently follow up with leads to convert prospects into active customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned customer acquisition and sales targets.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their freight and shipping requirements.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in freight brokerage, customer acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably targeting the US market.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms for B2B outreach.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience working with US-based clients or within the US trucking and freight industry is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary starting from Rs60,000.00.
- Work location is in person at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
