We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate eager to begin a career in freight forwarding. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in coordinating shipments and managing logistics operations within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sea and air shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BL), invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments throughout the transit process and provide regular updates to clients.
- Communicate and liaise effectively with shipping lines and airlines to resolve any issues and facilitate smooth operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong command of English with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- While prior experience is not mandatory, any internships or exposure to freight forwarding or logistics will be considered an advantage.
- This position offers in-person work at the company’s office location, providing direct engagement with the team and operational processes.
- The monthly salary range for this role is Rs1.00 to Rs2.00.
