We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to promoting our air, sea, and land freight services while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for air, sea, and land freight services.
- Promote the company’s freight forwarding solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare quotations and follow up diligently on sales leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
- Adhere to company policies and stay updated on market trends to maintain competitiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding processes.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics sector is an advantage.
- This role operates on a target-based salary structure, with monthly sales targets assigned. Compensation is directly linked to performance.
- If monthly targets are not met, a fixed salary of PKR 15,000 will be provided for that month. Full agreed salary is paid only upon successful achievement of assigned targets.
- Salary reviews will be conducted based on consistent performance.
- Additional commissions or incentives may be offered depending on results.
- Opportunities for growth and advancement are available based on performance.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 80,000 per month, depending on target achievement and experience.
