Job Responsibilities for Freight Dispatcher:

Provide exceptional customer experience based on ability to dispatch drivers to proper jobs at the proper time with the proper equipment while keeping an up to date document in the system.
Address problems and requests by providing solutions while applying knowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customer information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
Assist with other team members dispatch related queries/ calls.

Minimum Experience: 1 year Dispatching for Trucks in USA Market

Necessary Skills:

Ability to find best-paying loads, negotiating desired rates with brokers.
Keeping OOs or Carriers assigned to oneself loaded all the time as per the client's requirements.
Knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes.
Following up on detention and layovers.
Complete knowledge of major load boards.
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems.
Ability to work in night shift.
