French Club is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team in Islamabad. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a relaxing and safe environment for our spa guests. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of spa treatments, health and safety compliance, and supports smooth daily operations by assisting with appointment scheduling and maintaining cleanliness. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Candidates with at least one year of experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or customer service settings are preferred; however, fresh candidates with excellent presentation and communication skills are also welcome to apply.
The Spa Attendant plays a critical role in enhancing the overall guest experience by promoting a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, maintaining treatment areas to the highest cleanliness standards, and adhering to all safety regulations. The position also demands a professional appearance and commitment to upholding the spa's reputation for quality and care. This role does not involve team management but requires strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome spa guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with appointment scheduling and provide information about spa services and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all spa areas, equipment, and treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support spa therapists and other staff by preparing treatment rooms and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to provide a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and restock inventory of spa products and linens to ensure availability during operations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily activities and contribute to a smooth workflow.
- Demonstrate professional grooming and appearance consistent with spa standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and closing treatment areas.
- Maintain accurate records of guest appointments and service delivery as required.
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to stay current with spa treatments and customer service techniques.
