Fresh Basket is looking for a Customer Support & Website management officer who shall have the following responsibilities:
Requirements
1) Handling customer calls and addressing their queries / taking orders, etc.
2) Inbound chat support via WhatsApp, Insta, Facebook, etc.
3) Working knowledge in MS excel
4) Experience in handling backend of e-commerce websites, including price changes and in/out stock of inventory items
