IZ Global is looking for motivated fresh graduates holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree who are eager to launch their careers in business development. The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken English communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for driving sales and supporting business growth across various international companies. This is a full-time, contract-based role that requires on-site attendance, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage LinkedIn direct messaging campaigns to engage potential customers and generate leads.
- Develop strategic, personalized email communications for prospective clients after conducting detailed research on their websites.
- Perform competitive research and market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Regularly monitor social media platforms; prior experience in social media management will be considered an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Male candidates only.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the specified location.
