Fresh Graduate in Sales

We are looking for fresh graduates with strong communication skills to join our Inbound and Outbound Healthcare USA Campaign team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing detailed information about healthcare products and services to patients and healthcare providers across the USA. This position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. The ideal candidate will be motivated to meet performance targets while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to provide information to patients and healthcare providers in the USA.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications.
- Achieve performance targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of healthcare products and services relevant to the US market.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Availability to work evening shifts from 5 pm to 2 am.
- Willingness to commute or relocate to Lahore, with reliable transportation or relocation plans in place before starting work.
