Role Details- Position: US Construction Estimator – Intern
- Type: Paid Internship
- Duration: 3 Months
- Location: Office-Based, Lahore
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Eligible Candidates: Fresh Graduates in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related fields
- Assist senior estimators with quantity takeoffs and material measurements from US construction drawings and blueprints.
- Learn and use industry-standard software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to understand project requirements.
- Help prepare bid documents, itemized cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Maintain accurate project files and estimation records.
- Fresh graduate in Civil Engineering, BS Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and blueprint reading.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and numerical skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Quick learner with attention to detail and a willingness to grow.
