Fresh Mobility Agents / Cold Callers

Golden Keystone is looking for motivated and experienced Call Center Agents to join our USA Mobility Campaign based in Johar Town, Lahore. This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, confidence, and between six months to one year of relevant call center experience. The position operates on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive basic salary along with attractive commission opportunities. Successful candidates will engage with customers based in the USA, delivering professional service while consistently meeting performance targets in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers located in the USA.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, explaining campaign services and offers.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
- Follow campaign procedures and company policies meticulously.
- Accurately record customer information and call details.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet campaign goals.

Required Qualifications
- Six months to one year of call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and conversational skills with clear pronunciation.
- Confidence in speaking and ability to manage professional interactions with USA-based customers.
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with motivation to earn commissions.
- Punctual, disciplined, and maintains a professional attitude.
