Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Urdu and English, providing excellent customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information promptly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational qualification from Matriculation to Graduation.
- Proficiency in both Urdu and English languages, with clear verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate call center software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
