Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and confidently in Urdu to assist customers with their inquiries
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage call documentation and update records accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets

Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Urdu with excellent verbal communication skills
