We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive (Dispatcher) to join our USA-based logistics and dispatch campaign. This full-time, on-site role is based in Johar Town, Lahore, near Emporium Mall on Raiwind Road. The position requires working night shifts from 5 PM to 3 AM and offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience to gain valuable skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate dispatch operations efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve logistical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and update relevant systems promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to optimize routes and improve overall service quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Education level of Graduation or Intermediate.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
