- Meet and exceed individual sales targets consistently to contribute to the stores overall financial objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform customers effectively.
- Provide excellent after-sales service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in merchandising and inventory management to ensure product availability and attractive store displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing market share.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create a welcoming shopping environment.
