• The main responsibilities of Admin Assistant / HR Officer  to assist HR Officer in Hiring of staff as per requirement of the organization, conducting interviews, job postings and employee offers
  • To assist HR in Conducting exit interviews during employee terminations and resignations
  • Assist in conducting orientation programs for new employees or employee motivation in order to direct them towards the organizational goals
  • Develop and Maintain healthy relation with staff  for better and fast functioning of organisation
  • Assist HR Officer in Maintaining a file of CVs of professionals in the field of work of FWA Pakistan.
  • Maintain all personnel files at Head office and update it from time to time.
  • Assist HR Officer in arranging workshops and meetings in the office and outside of the office.
  • Keep track of address changes, changes in job titles, benefits, and salaries.
  • Provide authorized information from the employee's personnel records when requested by other sections / finance section.
  • Assist in ensuring the smooth flowing of routine, administrative work of the field staff and program support operations.
  • Assist to Manager Admin in ensuring operation of FWA office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment smooth.
  • Assist to Manager Admin in managing general office equipment, machines, internet system and telephone system and office administration.
  • Assist Managers, Officers in arranging workshops and meetings in the office and outside of the office.
  • Assist to Manager Admin to Ensure that all IT and office equipments are in working condition and are safe.
  • Prepare goods, assets & equipments request as per office need and submit to Procurement officer.
  • Purchase of small level goods through market as and when requires as per procurement officer guidelines.
  • Assist in ensuring the smooth flow of routine, administrative work of the FWA
