Front Desk Executive

RPK Critter Care & Animal Hospital in Karachi is looking for a Front Desk Executive who is passionate about animals and enjoys working in a professional veterinary healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a clinical, hospital, veterinary, or healthcare setting and be comfortable interacting with pet owners as well as handling dogs, cats, and other animals. This role demands a friendly, organized, and responsible individual capable of managing front desk operations efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and their pets with professionalism and courtesy
- Oversee front desk operations to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient registrations, and follow-up communications
- Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient and client records
- Coordinate effectively with veterinarians and clinical staff to support patient care
- Assist clients with booking appointments and provide basic information about services
- Handle billing processes, payments, and issue receipts as needed
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate clinical issues to veterinary staff when necessary
- Support daily hospital operations to ensure overall efficiency

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical, hospital, veterinary, or healthcare environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy clinical setting
- Genuine comfort and affection for pets, including dogs and cats
- Responsible, punctual, and a collaborative team player
- Willingness to work full-time in Karachi

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, medical clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred.
