- You supervise the Front Desk operations to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal client satisfaction.

Experience, Qualifications and Personal Qualities.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Front-office management.
- Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Passionate about giving great customer service, every time, no matter what.
- Experience of working to sales targets and be happy to get involved with promotional activity.
