Front Desk Officer (Faisalabad Campus)

The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) Faisalabad Campus is seeking a confident and professional Front Desk Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, capable of managing front office operations efficiently, and able to provide excellent administrative support. This role involves direct interaction with visitors, students, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment at the campus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide visitors, students, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of students and visitors to support campus administration.
- Coordinate appointments and campus visits, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
- Assist prospective students and visitors with admissions-related queries, providing clear and helpful information.
- Ensure the smooth operation of front office activities and provide necessary administrative support to the campus team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Relevant experience in a similar role will be preferred but is not mandatory.

Work Location:
This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the Faisalabad Campus.
