Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer/Receptionist (Male) to join our Laser and Aesthetic Clinic. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. This position demands a professional who can efficiently handle multiple tasks while creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage incoming phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
- Handle patient accounts, including preparing monthly and yearly summaries and performing account reconciliations.
- Manage clinical materials and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Perform various administrative and operational duties to support the daily functions of the clinic.
- Operate the Clinic Management System Software with proficiency to maintain smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and clinic staff.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and clinic management software.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Must be able to commute independently to the clinic location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment is considered an advantage.
- Candidates residing near DHA Phase-II Islamabad or nearby areas are encouraged to apply to facilitate ease of commute.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000.
