Khan Continental Hotel and Restaurant in Mansehra is looking for a skilled and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, managing guest reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. This position demands a friendly and professional individual who can handle guest inquiries efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a welcoming environment throughout the guest’s stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Perform timely and accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations, including billing and payment processing, with precision.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide comprehensive information about hotel services and amenities.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns courteously and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to guest activity.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support overall hotel operations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mansehra, requiring reliable commuting or relocation prior to starting work.
- Monthly salary range is Rs25,000 to Rs35,000.
