Front Desk & Sales Executive

Platinum Fitness is looking for confident, professional, and sales-driven individuals to join our Front Desk & Sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals while actively converting leads and walk-in visitors into gym members. This position demands excellent customer service skills, the ability to promote personal training packages and other gym services, and effective collaboration with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Flexibility to work across various Platinum Fitness locations based on assigned shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals.
- Convert leads and walk-in prospects into active gym memberships.
- Follow up with prospective and existing members to maintain engagement and encourage renewals.
- Promote personal training packages and additional gym services to members.
- Manage member payments, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily operational reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to support seamless gym operations and address member needs.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, reception, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members and prospects.
- Professional appearance combined with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to generate reports and manage records.
- Flexibility to work across multiple Platinum Fitness locations according to shift assignments.
