Front end Developer

Retail Direct Group, a fast-growing multinational ecommerce service provider supporting both mainstream and company-owned brands, is looking for an experienced Front-end Developer to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities
Develop user-friendly web pages using markup languages such as HTML. Maintain and enhance the company’s websites to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness. Optimize applications for maximum speed and efficiency, while designing and implementing mobile-based features to improve accessibility. Collaborate closely with back-end developers and web designers to enhance overall usability and functionality. Gather and analyze feedback from users and customers to develop effective solutions. Produce clear and comprehensive functional requirement documents and user guides. Create high-quality mockups and prototypes to support development processes. Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting as needed. Uphold high graphic standards and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the company’s web presence innovative and competitive.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Front-end Developer. Strong proficiency in markup languages, particularly HTML, along with expert knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery. Familiarity with browser testing and debugging techniques is essential. A thorough understanding of the full web development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment phases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A keen eye for layout aesthetics and user interface design. Solid knowledge of SEO principles to enhance website visibility and ranking. Experience using software tools such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and various content management systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
