KMNR Engineering (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with at least two years of professional experience to join their team on a six-month on-site contract. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with a Senior .NET Developer, Android and iOS App Developers, and an SQA Tester to build applications for an international consulting engineering firm. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to expand their technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features while ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Build reusable code and components to improve future development efficiency.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Work collaboratively with back-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to enhance functionality and overall user experience.
- Maintain high standards in coding, graphics, and brand consistency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues promptly to ensure smooth operation.
- Participate in gathering business and functional requirements and contribute to the design and development of applications.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Prepare necessary technical documentation and flowcharts related to web application processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of RESTful services and APIs integration.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback.
