Front Line sales officer CSR

Travocom is seeking a confident and customer-oriented Front Line Sales Officer (FLST) to join our team at our Bahadurabad, Karachi location. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 40,000 to 50,000. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and possess strong communication skills to effectively assist clients with their travel needs. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage customer inquiries, provide tailored travel solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide appropriate travel solutions based on client needs.
- Assist customers with booking procedures and address any service-related questions or concerns.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets by following up with potential and existing customers.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
