Front of House (Crew Member)

Wingo’s is looking for a customer-focused, reliable, and energetic Front of House (FOH) Crew Member who is passionate about delivering a positive dining experience to every guest. This role requires engaging warmly with customers, accurately taking orders, and working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. The ideal candidate will be attentive, friendly, and adaptable, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Take orders accurately and confidently explain menu items when necessary.
- Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Serve food promptly and correctly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Anticipate customer needs and respond proactively without waiting to be asked.
- Handle customer questions and complaints calmly and respectfully to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and all customer-facing spaces.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- Be prepared to work at any station within the restaurant as required, following training.
- Consistently adhere to Wingo’s standards, procedures, and checklists to uphold quality and safety.

Required Qualifications

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
- Friendly, respectful, and attentive demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and helpful during busy periods.
- Willingness to take responsibility for mistakes and proactively correct them.
