Front of House ( Crew Member)

Wingo’s is seeking a customer-focused, reliable, and energetic Front of House (FOH) Crew Member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating positive experiences for customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key part of our team, you will help ensure every visit to Wingo’s is welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Accurately take orders and confidently explain the menu when needed.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
- Serve food quickly and correctly, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Anticipate customer needs and respond proactively without waiting to be asked.
- Handle customer questions and complaints calmly and respectfully, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, counter, and all customer-facing spaces.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and fast service.
- Be flexible and willing to work at any station within the restaurant as required.
- Consistently follow Wingo’s standards, procedures, and checklists to maintain quality service.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine interest in interacting with people.
- Friendly, respectful, and attentive demeanor.
- Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy periods.
- Willingness to take responsibility for mistakes and correct them promptly.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Understanding that serving the customer is a shared responsibility among all team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
