Front Sales Executive (SMM)

Design Henge is seeking experienced Front Sales professionals specializing in the design industry to join their team. The role focuses on front sales related to design and website services, targeting sales goals between $5,000 and $7,000. This position operates during the US time zone hours of 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and is based on-site in Johar Block 4, Karachi. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and engaging with international clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive front sales and upselling efforts for design and website services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and negotiate deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the specified range.
- Manage client relationships with confidence, especially with international customers.
- Utilize social media marketing (SMM) platforms actively to support sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with social media marketing (SMM) platforms.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in upselling or front sales, preferably within the design or creative industry.
- Ability to confidently handle interactions with international clients.
