Front Sales

We are a dynamic web design and development agency based in Karachi, focused on serving small businesses in the United States. We are currently seeking enthusiastic fresh sales representatives to join our team full-time on-site. This role involves engaging with inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our senior sales team. No prior sales experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on English proficiency, with additional performance bonuses available once you begin closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and text messages to establish initial contact.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and determining suitability for our services.
- Schedule and confirm meetings for the senior sales team to advance the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads.
- Learn the fundamentals of selling websites, hosting, and other digital services to better assist prospects.

Required Qualifications
- Clear and confident spoken and written English; this is the most critical factor for success in this role.
- Comfortable communicating with American business owners over the phone.
- Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and improve performance consistently.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to following through on responsibilities.
- Open to fresh graduates and individuals without formal degrees; we prioritize ability and potential over academic qualifications.
