Front Sales Specialist (Upwork / Warm

We are seeking a motivated Front Sales Specialist to join our team and convert qualified leads into signed clients. In this role, you will receive warm prospects from our Lead Specialist team, who manage initial prospecting and qualification. Your responsibility will be to engage these prospects through calls and chats, confidently present our services, and close sales. This position is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who thrives on working independently and enjoys turning conversations into revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on qualified leads provided by the Lead Specialist team.
- Contact prospects via phone and chat, clearly and confidently explaining our service offerings.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Convert leads into signed clients and foster repeat business opportunities.
- Accurately log call and chat outcomes to maintain up-to-date lead records.
- Consistently meet and aim to exceed a monthly revenue target of $3,000.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in front sales, Upwork sales, or cold calling.
- Strong product knowledge with the ability to confidently discuss the services offered.
- Proven consultative selling skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- A target-driven mindset, comfortable with working toward a monthly revenue goal of $3,000 or more.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently without close supervision.

Shift Timings and Compensation
This is an in-person role with shift timings from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The monthly salary ranges between Rs60,000 and Rs65,000.
