Front Sales Specialists (US)

We are looking for a motivated Front Sales Specialist based in Karachi to join our team and support our business growth efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing department to handle qualified leads, proactively engage potential clients, and effectively communicate our service offerings. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience with Bark and social media marketing (SMM) leads. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales by introducing our services and maintaining ongoing client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with leads provided by the marketing team and engage potential clients in meaningful conversations.
- Assess client needs and tailor product and service presentations accordingly.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Manage timely follow-ups and maintain detailed records of all client communications.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets to support overall company revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in design sales or front sales roles.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience working with Bark and SMM leads.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.
- Ability to work onsite at the Karachi office.
