The company is seeking a part-time, on-site Frontend Developer based in Islamabad. The role involves implementing user interfaces by translating design mockups into responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device compatible web pages. The developer will work daily with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, optimizing page performance and collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Responsibilities also include maintaining and improving existing front-end code, troubleshooting UI issues, and contributing to the overall quality and consistency of AAQSOLS’ digital products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement responsive user interfaces based on design specifications.
- Translate design mockups into functional, cross-browser, and cross-device compatible web pages.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize front-end performance for speed and efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance existing front-end codebases, addressing bugs and UI issues.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital products through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Front-End Development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks or libraries.
- Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design principles to create accessible, mobile-friendly interfaces.
- Basic knowledge of Software Development and Back-End Web Development concepts to facilitate effective API integration and collaboration with backend teams.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, debugging tools, and front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Proven experience in building production-ready web applications, supported by a portfolio or examples of previous work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Islamabad with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
